A 1 hour pole practice session for those competing, performing or simply wanting to practice and/or get photos.
Please only perform moves you can safely execute and be aware of the limited space within the room.
There are 2 x 45mm stainless steel lupit poles, mood lighting and a bluetooth speaker available for use.
All bookings are subject to a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.
We welcome polers and instructors from other studios.
If it is your first lesson at the art of dance you will need to arrive 10 minutes early to complete a brief health and safety chat.
If you do not have previous pole experience you need to attend an induction before attending a this class.
To help the environment please avoid bringing any single use plastics into the studio.
To help the environment please try to avoid driving to the studio. Walk, cycle or use public transport wherever possible.
Please arrive on time, if you are late you will be refused entry and lose your payment. We recommend getting her a few minutes early so you are outside in time for the start of your class.
Leave your outdoor shoes/coats in the changing area at the rear of the building.
